TEEN ART EXPLORATION AND SOCIAL NIGHTS:

Designed for teens 13-17 of all creativity levels.  Spend  time together exploring art processes, listening to music, and enjoying friends new and old  in conversation and laughter.  There is no need of any prior experience—just a willingness to explore!

Fridays 7PM—9PM

February 12: Collaborative Collage

March 12: Palate Knife Painting 

April 9: Lighter Shade of Pale: Chalk Pastels

May 14 Exploration: Oil Pastel/Water Color

Fee:  $15.00 per single class

         $50.00 if pre-register for all four classes

MY OWN PALETTE: ART CLASSES FOR KIDS

Classes are designed for all abilities and participants will be encouraged to experiment at their own pace.  Have fun and meet new friends as you explore a personal collage, painting, sculpture, oil pastels, watercolors, and more!

WIGGLE, GIGGLE, & CREATE

Explore  movement, creativity, art, instrument making and music with your toddler!  There is no previous experience necessary, just a willingness to explore and be curious.  Class designed for toddlers ages 2-3 with an adult.

FAMILY ART TIME SATURDAYS

Get creative and explore art together!  Explore different art forms as you make creative projects as a family.

MASSAGE

Massage is not a luxury but a necessity in today’s busy, hectic lifestyle.  The goal of massage therapy at NBT is to facilitate a higher level of wellness and comfort through relief from muscle tension, tightness, and chronic pain.  Receive a relaxing, healing massage from a certified, experienced therapist who uses a variety of techniques to meet individual needs.  Come in for a massage yourself or give the gift of healing touch to a family member or friend with a gift certificate.  Infant massage training for parents and caregivers is also available.

HANDWRITING WITHOUT TEARS®

Children develop their writing skills through developmental and multisensory experiences in one-on-one sessions with an occupational therapist.  This program addresses varied skill levels from the beginner (printing letters) to the advanced (cursive writing).  Children develop consistent writing habits with materials that promote active learning.  Initial 30 minute screening required ($35).  Schedule established after screening.
